The Basics

The Nest is in Talamanca, Costa Rica, on approximately 5 acres. It is a beautiful setting nestled on the BriBri, indigenous reservation.

You will experience the food and food preparation practices of the BriBris, learn about the organic farming methods, see the melipona bees in action and serve the BriBri community with outreach and planned Nest activities for women, children, youth and men.

In your accommodations, you will sleep humbly inside one of our huts, shower and drink from our artesian well, eat healthy and balanced foods, sleep in the quietness and awaken with the sounds of the jungle.

The Nest is not a tourist destination and will never be. The Nest invites those who are willing to serve with a humble heart, leaving behind the comfort of one’s life, and in faith follow Jesus into a pioneering mission inside the jungle of southern Costa Rica.
